When signing up for your free-trial, you will choose between a monthly or yearly plan. You can cancel at anytime directly from the app before your free trial is up if you do not want to be charged.
When you join, you will have access to all of the programs present on the app. This include our Movestrong Foundation and Signature programs which are on-going and evolve every three weeks. You will also have access to all of the Collection Programs including the Movestrong Zero series, as well as our full library of the Ultimate Mobility Series to start moving pain free and get your full range of motion back.
When you train with us on the on-going Movestrong Foundations or Signature program, you will notice that we train in three-week blocks. The reason for this is two folds. Number 1, it is essential to allow for continuing progress that we keep things evolving. This is one of the key principles of science-based fitness. Number 2, it is a lot more motivating to keep things fresh and evolving. Three weeks is enough time to see progress, yet a short enough time to keep challenging your body.
It depends on the program/workout you choose. For the on-going Foundations and Signature series you will need at least three pieces of low-budget equipment (A doorway pull-up bar, a set of gymnastic rings and some resistance bands - or a set of dumbbells). We also have a zero equipment option - The Movestrong Zero series, as well as the Ultimate Mobility Series.
You can access Movestrong from a web browser on a laptop or tablet, as well as directly from your phone via our iOS and Android app versions. Movestrong was designed to be accessible from anywhere to allow the ultimate experience from home, or the gym.
There is a program for every fitness level and equipment availability. If you have access to zero equipment and you are a complete beginner, follow our Movestrong Zero series. Once you have gone through this program, you will be ready for the Foundation Program which will require some equipment. If you are already intermediate or advanced, you will be following the Signature Program, which requires access to the same equipment pieces.

When short on time, visit our Collections section for short morning/evening mobility. These workouts are typically under 15min. If you have more time, pick a mobility workout from the Ultimate Mobility Series - these are generally under 25min. Ideally, if you are short on time and want to get your strength training in, simply do half of a workout, instead of the full version.
With Movestrong you get to choose between following an expert built program (like our Movestrong Zero, Foundations, or Signature programs) or pick on-demand workouts at anytime you want. With our Movestrong expert programs, we give you the schedule to follow. This is how we can guarantee you the most results. For Foundations and Signature, we suggest a workout every day of the week, of course you don't have to follow exactly this programming, in fact we suggest you start small with two strength training sessions per week, and make your way up to the four sessions pace suggested.
